Registration includes coffee breaks, lunches, social event, and a printed copy of the post-proceedings. It does not include dinners, accommodation, and travel expenses.
Notes
- At least one author of every accepted paper needs to register as a regular participant.
- The registration form (below) accepts credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). If you would like to pay through iDEAL (for Dutch bank account holders) or wire transfer, select “Reservation” as payment option; payment instructions will be provided after submitting the registration form.
- Registrations can be canceled until 04-10-2019; a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Student members of the IPA research school are eligible for a special fee of 200 EUR (see registration form).
